This guy was unbelievable! I'm not easily impressed but I have to say that Heath was a dream. Thanks to him, selling our father's condo was a very smooth and painless process: He delivered the perfect blend of knowledge, candor, and efficiency. I also always felt like he had our backs, including in the negotiation process. Heath also returned emails or calls to me within minutes every single time and gave us honest opinions about the offers we received. In the middle of September's hurricane, he made sure things went right, as well, whether it was bringing in the patio furniture (We are out of state sellers) or promptly finding multiple estimates on the post-storm repairs so that it wouldn't adversely affect the closing. He's got a pleasing personality, as well. Not pushy, respectful, and I never felt that he was selling us short for the sake of a quick commission. We weren't sure how things were going to go because he isn't associated with a big name franchise but what we got was way better. We definitely made the right decision in hiring him as well as the title company he recommended. I'd hire him again in a flash!
